He has a rich history of working with renowned activation agencies such as Euro RSCG, Demo Power, Lowe, Dynamo, Leo Burnett, and Favum Communicatio/FAB Indonesia. Also, a truly high-achieving Business Director with a successful track record of generating billions in sales.

During his leadership at Kitaflow, Boston demonstrated his creative thinking and managerial skills, leading the agency to win many exciting projects from major local and global brands.

During his ten-year career in the creative industry, Dito gained valuable experience in events, digital, PR and community at well-known creative platform such as Dynamo, Neo, Leo Burnett, Favum Communicatio, and Bride Dept. In 2015, Dito awarded as a Daun Muda Top Finalist.

At Kitaflow, Dito embraced his true calling as a Managing Director, showcasing his talent for cultivating strong relationships with major clients and enhancing company performance.

Having more than 10 years of experience in the creative agency as a Strategic Planner and Project Director who handled various brands, has made Ayu a strong leader in providing strategic directions and a swift problem solver.

Once entering the world of entrepreneurship, Ayu became a creator of creative impact-oriented business models.

With over 6 years of experience at firms like Standard Chartered, JP Morgan, DBS, PwC, Bahana Sekuritas, and Ipsos Business Consulting, Daniel specializes in capital market deals, company valuation, and deal structuring. A graduate of Loughborough University with a BSc in Banking, Finance, and Management, he also enjoys culinary adventures and golfing.

Daniel also manages strategic initiatives, expands investor networks, and oversees venture funds at Asiantrust Capital Partners. He is responsible for end-to-end due diligence, evaluating principal investments, and implementing strategies to maximize performance.
